Honey Bean Bars
Ingredients:
1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. oatmeal
1 c. natural wheat cereal (Raisin Bran)
1 can beans (15 oz. Great Northerns)
3/4 c. dark raisins
3/4 c. chopped dates
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
7 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 tsp. salt
Chop beans into smaller pieces. Add all ingredients and mix well. Spread in
greased 9X13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut into bars when completely
cooled.
