Dump Chili


1-2 lbs hamburger
4-5 cans (8 oz. each) Tomato Sauce
1 can (16 oz) Black beans
1 can (16 oz) Navy or white beans
1 can (16 oz) Chili beans
Dash or to taste each:
Cyanne, Paprika, Garlic Salt, Cumin
Pinch or two of brown sugar
Brown hamburger in microwave. 1 lb at 11 minutes. Cut meat in half. If pink, microwave 2 minutes longer. When brown, drain grease and crumble meat. Drain most of the liquid from the beans and dump into the bowl. Add tomato sauce. If you want thicker chili, use less sauce. Add spices to taste. Stir well and microwave for an additional 4 to 6 minutes until hot. Serve and Enjoy.
Can also be served with sour cream, shredded cheese, diced tomatoes or onions.
