Chicken and White Bean Stew
2 envelopes chicken gravy mix
2 cups water
3/4 cup
chicken broth
1 Tbsp.
garlic powder
1 Tbsp.
minced parsley
2 chicken
bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp.
pepper
5 medium
carrots, shredded
4 Tbsp.
minced onion
4 boneless
chicken breasts
1 16 oz. can
Great Northern Beans
In a slow cooker,
combine all ingredients except chicken breasts and mix well. Add chicken and
cover. Cook on high 6-7 hours until chicken is done. Cut chicken breasts into
chunks with a knife and put back into cooker. Stir well and serve. Great with mashed
potatoes and biscuits or hot bread. Yield 6 servings.
