Dear Prospective Exhibitor:
Bean Day 2008 is just around the corner!

The Nebraska Dry Bean Growers Association will be holding their annual Bean Day on Tuesday, January 8, 2008 at the Scotts Bluff County Events Center in Mitchell, Nebraska. This is an excellent opportunity for you to showcase your agricultural products and services to your customers. We typically have 300-500 dry bean farmers attending Bean Day.

The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. In addition to noon and afternoon breaks, a morning break has also been added to the program to give our exhibitors more one on one time with the growers. We ask that you set up your display Monday, January 7, 2008 between 1-4 p.m. unless you make other arrangements with us. Booth space will cost $200. Please call or email the NDBGA office to reserve your booth space. Please indicate whether you will need electricity or a pay loader to unload equipment. Payments for booth space may be sent prior to the event or paid at Bean Day.

This year, as part of the festivities, the State of Nebraska will be proclaiming January 6-12 as Nebraska Dry Edible Bean Week. Many of you have continued to support our organization over the years and we are very grateful to you for that. We hope you will be able to attend to celebrate the day’s festivities with us.

In addition, the NDBGA publication, The Bean Bag, will be published on December 31, 2007. This issue will focus on events and activities planned for Bean Day 2008. If you would like to advertise your business in this issue, please contact the office immediately. If you plan to set up a display at Bean Day, please let me know as soon as possible so your business is included in the exhibitor list in the Bean Bag.

Please come help us celebrate Nebraska Dry Edible Bean Day 2008! We are grateful for your support and continuing interest in the Nebraska Dry Edible Bean Industry. We hope to see you there!

Sincerely,
Teresa Clark
